Registration and call for abstracts

Registration and fees

Registration for this conference has now closed. Full registration covers entrance to all sessions, lunch June 21-23, coffee breaks, poster sessions, and a closing dinner and party on June 23. A reduced registration is identical except for the closing dinner and party. Full registration will be limited to 150 people due to the dining hall size, but the conference can accommodate up to 300 people. Spots are filling quickly, and we encourage registering early as the meeting may reach capacity before the deadline.

Fees:

  • Full registration: £ 275 (PI or lab head) | £ 250 (student / postdoc / staff)
  • Reduced registration: £ 225 (PI or lab head) | £ 200 (student / postdoc / staff)

During registration, you may optionally reserve on-campus housing (£196 for 4 nights, including breakfast).

We encourage you to submit an abstract along with registration, although you can also submit the abstract at a later date below. To be considered for a talk, abstracts must be submitted before April 15th. Registration will close by May 12.

Exhibitors and sponsors

Additional registration options and sponsorship packages are available for exhibitors. Please contact Gareth Miles, gbm4@st-andrews.ac.uk, and Marco Beato, m.beato@ucl.ac.uk, for more information.

Call for abstracts

Most of the speakers will be selected from submitted abstracts. Session topics are expected to include Sensory-Motor Integration, Locomotor and Respiratory CPGs, Descending Control, Ascending Signals, Neuronal Diversity, and Neuromodulation of Movement. If you have already registered for the meeting and have not yet submitted an abstract, you can do so at this link. Note that we will only consider abstract submissions from people who have registered for the meeting.

Posters must be no larger than 120 cm high, 100 cm wide (portrait layout).

If you would like to print your poster on-site, please contact printanddesign@st-andrews.ac.uk with your file and requirements. Always allow at least 2-3 days for turn over depending on the size of the printing. The printer can become busy in summer so please check on their availability.

To be considered for a talk, abstracts must be submitted by April 15. For inclusion in the poster session, abstracts can be submitted up until the registration deadline, which is May 12.

If you have questions about your submitted abstract, please contact Dr. Martha Bagnall.
